Taylor Hicks Headlines the Beautiful Beau Rivage Hotel in Biloxi, MS

Taylor will take a break from his starring role as the Teen Angel in the touring company of Grease to headline and get back to his funky musical self at the beautiful Beau Rivage Hotel and Casino in Biloxi, MS on September 11, 2009! This is sure to be a special evening for those in attendence as well as for Taylor. With a distinguished backing band, he will be performing songs off of his recently released, self produced 2nd album, The Distance, as well as from his earlier albums.

The theater holds a healthy 1,500 seats, but tickets are going fast. There are a very limited numbers of seats left, so if you're planning on treating yourself and your family/friends, do so soon before they are all sold out! Tickets start at $19.95 and you can buy tickets online here.

Taylor Hicks In Concert At 'Rams Head'! First Concert Date of 2009!

Our soulman will be a mighty busy boy come 2009 with a brand new CD coming out on February 10, a new DVD "Whomp At The Warfield" coming out on February 17, and a starring role in the touring company of the hit Broadway show "Grease" as the Teen Angel. We now find out that he is starting to book tour dates in the same cities "Grease" will be playing. On Saturday, February 7, 2009, Taylor will headline RAMS HEAD On Stage! in Annapolis, MD. Surely those in attendance will be treated to songs from Taylor's new album that will drop 3 days later on February 10th. This will be his first concert gig in quite some time, dating back to September 2007, so I'm sure this will be an awesome show for everyone!

Taylor Hicks - 'Whomp At The Warfield' DVD To Be Shown on HDNET-TV Again

For those who missed it the first time, here's your chance to catch "Whomp At The Warfield" on HDNET-TV again. It will be shown three times in the next couple of weeks, so if you are lucky enough to get this channel, definitely tune in because it's one of the best live shows I've ever seen.














It's described on HDNet's webpage as a "blend of high energy rock, funk, and soul, live from The Warfield in San Francisco, CA."

Hopefully, these new airings is a hint that the DVD will be going on sale soon! After all, it's been almost a year since the actual May 7th show in San Francisco. Come on Taylor, release the beast and let it grace TV screens across America!
