Thanks to a couple of brave videographers, LCHorn22 & jeannemarie3, we have the best versions of Beauty School Dropout so far this summer! Nice and close, just like we like it! And Taylor nails it once again with some great facial and body gestures. I must say, he's got a great sense of comedic timing. I found myself really giggling as I was watching these videos. His partner, 'Frenchy' is just adorable and plays right into him. That rub on the chest is a show stopper, amongst other things ;) He definitely needs a bigger part for his next stint on Broadway. He's a natural!

Thanks for these videos. I have not been able to see the show, and I wanted to see how he has continued to "Taylorize" the role once he got comfortable with it.
He looks great, and love the way they poke fun at all the women who love him by rubbing his chest, and she says "I Love You!"
That was an added delight for the Soul Patrol. Great stuff! They are gonna miss "The Hicks Effect" and the extra crowds he attracts.
What are they going to do with that part after him? Will someone else wear that same suit? Go back to the old way of doing it? They are gonna realize you can't follow Taylor Hicks and get the same crowd reaction. Just Ask American Idol what happend after Season Five. What a natural crowd pleaser he is!
